However, it appears that Ubisoft is not limiting itself to console remakes, as mobile games are becoming part of its focus on portable platforms. It may be that these rumored remasters have to be taken with a pinch of salt, as there is no official confirmation from the company itself as to whether the games will indeed be updated. Another game listed is Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, but this is hardly new information, given that we have known about the remaster of this title for several years and would have had it by now had it not been for repeated delays. Despite this, the buzz around the community is certainly increasing with the prospect of classic titles being remastered. A critically acclaimed title at the time of release, it is perhaps no surprise to see Far Cry 3 being remastered nearly a decade after release.
