You will be entrusted to solve complex problems and develop strategies that drive growth and profitability, working alongside leaders across the business. You will be supported by learning programs offered through RBC that will accelerate your development as you take on new challenges in the program. Data Analytics Stream Identify, manage, analyze, and interpret data to support the creation of meaningful and actionable insights to support the growth of our businesses. Product Management Stream Interact and collaborate with team members in an agile work environment to build outstanding products, services, and campaigns that will grow the business. Important Info Recruitment for this program takes place once a year in September and offers are extended in October. Those who are successful are on boarded in the following July. You will be asked to complete a video interview as part of our first round selection process. Those who are successful will be invited for a last round virtual or in-person interview.
