So ridiculous you have to send an email if you want to share a listing. The transition to a dark map is makes the app much less appealing to use and harder to pull information from the graphical interface this is probably why no map app uses black or dark gray to represent land or water. Similarly Zillow and Redfin use conventional colors for a very good reason. This introduces unnecessary unfamiliarity to the app where standard conventions of white, green, blue work very well.
