For years, I came to Nice every chance I got. It was her flavors: delectable, often surprising, and always memorable. And the people who made my favorite dishes: full of soul and personality, their passion infusing every bite. Now that I live here, I still visit my all-time favorites, the familiar flavors like old friends always revisited with pleasure. The Acchiardos, originally from Piemonte, greet you warmly and the energy is always lively and comforting. The menu is extensive, which complicates the decision, but rest assured that you cannot go wrong. It gives me the opportunity to revisit the traditional flavors of Nice and always puts a smile on my face.

There are hundreds of restaurants in Nice — the only challenge in enjoying great southern French dishes, is which one to pick. These four restaurants are in the centre, not expensive and all offer the very best of cuisine Nissard…. Sophie, Marcelle and Evelyn have a deep love of tradition and food.
