I saw the electrician remove and replace an RJ45 connector from the battery so I guess Alpha was spot-on in their assessment that it was a communication problem. We discussed various systems and in the end decided to go with Enphase micro inverters on Jinko Solar W panels because of the fire safety aspect and not having an electrified roof. RK Solar contacted me to advise that they wanted to come over on Decmber 20 to fix the problem. In proceeding communications we were advised that there were some hiccups due to the extremely busy period and they have since addressed the communication issues.
