It was during the early sixties that my family and I first became familiar with the Puerto Nuevo lobsters. In the summer of I introduced the Puerto Nuevo style lobster dinner to this side of the border. Then in the menu and decor at The Old Bonita Store Restaurant were converted into that of a Puerto Nuevo Style Lobster house serving Baja style lobster dinners as well as many new lobster specialties created by Chef Juan and myself. Perched right along the waterfront, Rockin' Baja Lobster in Oceanside offers more than just a meal - it provides a feast for the senses.

Claim this business. I love seafood. Rockin Baja isn't extraordinary, but it's a favorite place to go. The one located on Oceanside Harbor is relaxing and peaceful. Their buckets are delicious and they usually have pretty good drink specials. The atmosphere and food are a great combination.

The seven of us, three adults and four children ranging in age from 1 to 12 years old, lunched at the restaurant. The location was great as it was in the harbor area, it had outdoor and indoor seating, with the interior appearing as one We dined on items across the spectrum of the menu.
