Royal mail tracking not working today

The buyer contacted me to say that the package hasn't arrived yet. When I checked the tracking, the only update is that it was collected on 20th November. No further updates since then. I've searched Royal Mail's website, but all I can find is how to put in a claim if it doesn't arrive by a specified date. I tried to call RM but the wait time was over 1 hour! Does anyone know if there's a way of raising an issue with RM like you can do with Evri to ask them to investigate the missing package? Or is the only option to wait the specified amount of time, and then claim compensation if it hasn't arrived?
