I don't know how I missed this company when I was recently searching for an area rug, which is what this company specializes in, and they have a huge assortment. Rugs direct reviews prices seem eminently reasonable, but I wonder if anyone has personal experience with this firm.

Really good value for money and fast delivery. Very happy! We had an issue with our rug and the customer after care is just awful. Told there was no guarantee after spending hundreds of pounds on a faulty item.

Surprised me that it arrived so quickly. There are rug blue rug fibers floating in the air and rug fiber dust everywhere even with daily vaacuming. That rug is killing us causing sneezing, coughing and allergy attacks.
