I ordered a number of items for delivery and they shipped the parcel without paying customs charges not unusual , but they also failed to correctly declare the contents meaning that I could not collect the box from the local post office. Every time I contact 'support' I have a reply from a different person - they tell me that the parcel was delivered they've said on several dates and they won't provide proof. So the parcel has been returned to RunnerInn or TradInn or whoever they are - proof of the return is attached, but they're keeping stealing the money and won't even reply to emails. AVOID this company at all costs. The worst of the worst. They shipped the wrong size, made me send six photos of the sneakers by the way, they were not in pristine condition and still rejected my return saying it was my mistake that I ordered a Dishonorable customer service.
