Rutland and Stamford Sound has local content, local presenters, local stories and local involvement in every aspect of its operations. We have built on the best aspects of the original Rutland Radio whilst embracing new broadcast methodologies to serve both traditional and new audiences, with great music and a distinctly local feel. The Board and management team are all volunteers, local people with business, broadcasting and community experience. We will be publicly accountable for our operations, transparent on how we use our funds and will undertake regular engagement with the local community. Our aim is to adapt and continue to grow in a financially sustainable way that means we will be here to support the Rutland and Stamford area for many years to come.
