The Safari Zone is a gated off area in eastern-central Hoenn where you can catch a large number of different and rare Pokemon. This area can only be reached from Route Head inside the building and speak to the man directly to the right. He will give you TM85 Dream Eater. Go through the door in the back to reach the area where all the wild Pokemon are. The rules have changed a bit since the old days.
