I have a Galaxy J3 which ive formatted a sd card for external storage, ive got a game on there from playstore that has a lot of updates needed for it nearly on a weekly basis, my SD card is 32gig, the game im updating needs mb Why is my phone saying not enough storage to update the game yet theres adequate

I know there are supposedly two options to get round this:. Developer options, then set all apps to be movable to SD card. There is no option to move these in Developers options. Are these options not available? The ability to move apps depnds upon how they are compiled, it's nothing to do with the device. They advertised this model with 16gb internal but I can use only 1gb!
