Search to the left of The Gulf Grotto and to the right of a Human Revenge Mission to find a statue similar to the Statue of Liberty with a raised hand. Located along the left side of the Bayou, head along the waterways towards the gate that sends you into Dead Horse Lake and skim the main waterway to find the remains of two skeletons on a paddle boat.
