I need medical appliances which are ordered through a 3rd party supplier who request a prescription from the practice. When it is fulfilled and there have been 2 occasions when prescription hasn't been sent at all it is posted 2nd class to the supply. The time delay was unacceptable and stressful with just untruths and incompetence from staff I have now changed to another GP practice with modern systems. Report as unsuitable. After recently feeling unwell i had the need to visit the kirton in lindsey practise , i found the whole experience from getting an appointment to recieving treatment very fast and efficient ,i was very impressed with the attitude of the reception staff and the Doctors where great even ringing me later that evening for a welfare check and the results of my blood test which was only taken that morning , well done to all involved your a credit to the NHS.
