While we understand the staff was probably overwhelmed with having to instantly relocated number of residents, we wish that our loved one had had more maintenance support to get him established in another room and make things accessible. Some of my loved ones items were damaged with the flooding and so we're waiting to see if Seagrass is offering any discount on the monthly charges due to the inconveniences. Based on comments from my loved one, the resident there, the food seems to be adequate.

Seagrass Village of Gulf Shore was very nice and very upscale with a lot of amenities. They were very accommodating and gave us a tour of all the different units and styles that they had available. The accommodations were very nice. They were as I expected for something fairly new. Fixtures and bedding and access were all very well done. There were studio and one-bedrooms that we looked at. They had organized activities, various planned events, trips, shopping, parks, cards, and pool activities. Physical therapy and occupational therapy services on site were very good. We visited both the independent and assisted living of Seagrass Village of Gulf Shores.
