I fly regularly on this flight and to date I haven't been disappointed.. Being near the window in three abreast means the toilets are a bit less disruptive. This is a nice aircraft, but the way that Lufthansa has it fitted out in business class with somewhat uncomfortable seats definitely takes away from the positive experience of excellent cabin crew and wonderful food. However was problematic for these back rows in the center without the middle set of overhead bins. I found the flushing noise in the lavatories to be very quiet compared to my usual 77W.
