Because you have to wait an extremely long time to see the doctors. They don't seem to value your time. If I have an appointment for 3 o'clock, then I expect to be seen at 3 o'clock or very shortly thereafter. Instead, on multiple occasions I've had to wait in the lobby for at least 30 mins after my appointment time. Then, I sometimes have to spend another 15 - 20 mins waiting for the doctor after the nurse takes my vitals. This is not unusual for me. Rather, being seen even remotely on time has been the exception for both myself and my wife.
