I had a positive experience. Dennis had 3 vehicles I liked, and test drove all. One happened to be a Corolla and About a year and a half ago I was struck by another vehicle. My truck had some damage to the front bumper and fender, which led to the dreaded visit to the Auto Body shop.

Went in to get my Lincoln's brake pads replaced since the repair was overdue. My regular technician was out of town but they assigned a new person to deal with the repair. The service was the same - quick and efficient. That's what I like about Sentry, no matter who I deal with, the customer service is always great! Will definitely recommend this dealership! Got my Lincoln Navigator from Sentry Lincoln-Mercury and I was very happy with the customer service at the dealership. Definitely worth it especially considering the high gas prices. Had a great experience buying a car from this dealer and would recommend them. Sentry LM dealership has been around for a long time and I purchased my previous family car from them.
