More campsites on Crown land along the Goulburn River near Tallarook and Seymour are now open for public use. The sites are part of a State Government election promise to increase access for camping on Crown Land. Six sites along the Goulburn River opened for camping on Friday, with more to be added progressively in the coming weeks. Up to 50 more will come online by the end of April, with newly available sites to be listed on the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, DELWP, website once they are identified as suitable for camping. Not to mention you can top up your fuel and get your shopping at Coles. I also have to make a special mention to the Ferguson Plarre bakehouse. There donuts are up there with the best! We had a Nuttela donut and it was just like a Crispy Cream Donut. The remembrance walk is located by the car park and is a nice easy stroll with seating and a water fountain.
