Silent Hill HD Collection reminds adults that, like children, they have deep, irrational fears. Silent Hill 2 remains a modern masterpiece, and the HD Collection proves it will stand the test of time regardless of technical or control constraints. SH2 still has that old school look but the feeling of dread while playing this game is second to none, and the most powerful part of the game that easily makes everything else seem so petty.
