Vanessa: Another discovery in suburbia and again close to home is Silverfox Cafe, located in Mortdale. Bianca and I arrived on a Sunday morning and the place was already pumping with people.

We are more than just your usual steak house. We are your everyday dining experience. It starts with the love of the food. We fill our plates with passion and provide the best food and dining in Casper. We strive to provide an outstanding dining experience and have been serving the locals for over three decades. We headed to Mortdale to try out the new kid on the block, the Silver Fox Cafe. In a area with plenty of bakeries, charcoal chicken shops and grocery stores, Mortdale has been missing a quality cafe. This certainly fills that void. As soon as you enter this cafe, it feels fresh and the decor is on trend. Pine wooden pieces, cement floors and a touch of white, the cafe feels modern and we love the Kate Moss artwork in the back room. We meet the delightful owners, and the staff working on the day are equally as nice. We felt welcomed and comfortable instantaneously.

Cottage Grove Ave. In addition to creating a cafe, KOCO will also use the funds to open up the second and third floors of its building. Once renovated, the first floor space will host the Silver Fox Cafe, which will serve breakfast and lunch to the public. The first and third floors will also have rooms for workshops and trainings on subjects like technology, financial literacy, health and wellness. According to Bennett, the project has been in the works since , with KOCO members involved at every juncture.
