We are excited to announce the addition of Dr. MacArthur is an Ivy League fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon. She specializes in skin cancer surgery with reconstruction and procedural dermatology. Louis native, she received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. A recipient of a year-long NIH T32 oncology research fellowship, she investigated circulating tumor cells, developing and validating a novel protocol to detect them in patients. MacArthur piloted three prospective clinical studies with her work culminating in multiple national presentations and first-authored publications in top oncology journals, including Cancer Research and Cancer. Following two years of internal medicine residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, she received her dermatology residency training at Johns Hopkins University where she served as chief resident and won numerous awards for her clinical care and research. MacArthur completed fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving surgical training in cutaneous oncology.
