Sign in to get your answer quicker. Connection issues, called sky, loads of troubleshooting, reset everything etc, sent me new Q box. Now seems worse, when option is displayed to choose a sky broadband hib to connect to, I can't even click on it. Hold down WPS button, doesn't flash. It's as if I can't select the option at all.

I have tried resetting it by holding down the WPS button on the Sky Q router however it is not working it has worked successfully in the past however not working now. Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button. Its an ongoing issue You cannot reset the network settings unless you are connected to a network - it will not give you the option in the menu - I have connected to another hotspot and reset the defaut settings - this looks to be a router issue.

And, crucially, without you needing to enter a password. This will bring up a list of available networks. Choose your network and click Connect. Instead of entering your password as you usually would, head to your Sky router and hold down the WPS button the one with downward and upward facing arrows for at least three seconds.
