It's even worse now that some brainiac on the design team decided to nix Levitation. Used to be you could just levitate out of a crack. Now, unless you're outside with no enemies about, you HAVE to reload. Fast travelling also gets the character out of being stuck, but obviously the character will start at the beginning of the area. Here's what i got so far: I'm stuck in place in Raven Rock Mine, right after taking the "winds of change" black book. Stuck in third person mode, can only look up and down, can't move in any direction, when I change my weapon the arms stay in place and it stays on my back, but the character does the animation, can jump then the character "falls" for about 4 seconds, and lands , can crouch, can use shouts, can't use magic. Tried tcl and tgm, going in and out of black books, shouting whirlwind sprint, crouching and rolling. Don't have saves from before getting stuck. I'm running vanilla no mods.
