I tried making this as accurate as I possibly could compared to the original. I am still actively working on this, fixing any bugs and issues that come up. The idea I think is when you want to do the jumpscare randomly or whatever trigger you put the static texture on the screen and create the jumpscare NPC and add maybe some FOV changes like in the video.
