I admit the silly pictures made me skeptical at first, but if you truly commit, Picmonic will help you shine by crushing tests and impressing the attending on your clinical rotations!

Does anyone have an opinion on what prepares you better? Don't mean to derail your thread but, anyone able to give their opinion on Rosh vs. I am nearing the end of didactics and am considering which one to invest in. I find it helpful because it also has high yield outlines, videos and flash cards for each blueprint topic in addition to the practice questions. When I was in school, I had both. SmartyPance is good for quick, straight forward questions. Something for you to learn the bolded words quickly. Rosh is better for more in depth questions and answers. I shared a Smarty Pance account for 5 or so other classmates so we could split the cost. Your score won't be accurate but I don't think that's super important for this one.

Quality questions are extremely important for PANCE preparation and the foundation of my resources as well. You basically get to choose the method of study that works best for you or best fits your schedule, or do them all as a comprehensive review. In addition, there are audio and visual lectures for each system. It literally covers every method of study. For those in early didactic coursework, reading through disease states as you learn them and reviewing flashcards may be the most meaningful.
