There are two kinds of collectibles in nearly every Super Mario Odyssey kingdom: power moons and coins. You only need 10 power moons to move on from the Snow Kingdom. Moons are released when you smash the moon rock. Our power moons guide puts the collectibles in the same order as Super Mario Odyssey. Once you make it down into Shiveria, there are four tunnels you have to clear to open up the races. Start with the first tunnel on the right. That will drop a giant chunk of the floor, revealing the exit and your first moon. The second moon is in the second tunnel on the right. You just have to avoid the Bitefrosts. Your moon will appear right by the exit pipe. The third moon is down the first tunnel on the left. Near the end, capture one of the Ty-Foos to carry you across the un-jumpable gap.

What do you need help on?

It is found on the northeast end of the Snow Kingdom hidden behind a Moon Rock. The Moon Rock must be activated to access the course, so it is only available after beating the main story. If Mario comes in first place in both classes, the Shiverian Elder will reward him with one Power Moon each. After the opening straightaway, there are several alternating slanted walls the racers must bound off of. After another straightaway with two small ramps, the road drops down and curves briefly to the right, which is followed by multiple sharp turns with slanted walls to bound off of and gain speed.

In the snow after these three lamps, Mario can find a glowing spot in the top left corner that he must ground pound to make the Power Moon appear. Southeast of the Odyssey, the player can find a rabbit that they must catch in order to obtain the Power Moon. They can find a small indent that allows Mario to climb on the wall and can climb to the far right side to find a treasure chest containing the Power Moon. He must quickly make it across several small circular platforms to reach this Power Moon. He must quickly climb two tall poles to the top where he can find the Power Moon. After touching it, Mario must collect three different lines of rainbow notes in order to obtain this Power Moon. To the far east of the Odyssey, the player can find a pool of water with a Lakitu with a fishing rod.
