This place is very unprofessional they act like they don't to work, I arrived at and they told me they were closed, I asked why, and it clearly states they close at 5pm, she said just go and come back tomorrow at 9am, why so I can be there all damn day. If they freakin close at 4;30 they should state or say that, not allow you in the building, you wait until they assist other people ahead of you then say we closed when you get to the damn desk, what type of shit is that. I would give them no stars if I could. If they don't want to work from pm they should stay home, because they are clearly waisted my time fighting through that busy traffic to get there. The manager Lucy has cars for sale on Craigslist. Her partner Ferdinando meets you first. Ferdino tells you now have to complete title transfer with lucy. Lucy insist title transfer be done at South Broward tag agency where she is the manager. The only people who complain about this tag agency are either people who think they are too important to wait in line or people who cant read and or follow directions and get frustrated by their own mistakes. The staff is very helpful and the wait isnt too long. I have been going here for years and never encountered a problem. When they opened everybody got in taking a ticket at the entry, half of the people doing renewals and stayed at the line the other half went to sit.
