In the end, I didn't end up purchasing the phone so I didn't send in my device. However, they charged my credit card a few days ago for not sending in the device. I guess it may be my fault for going ahead with the trade-in without going ahead with a purchase. Technically they issued me a voucher and it was my fault for not using the voucher? I thought that this equipment may need the protection plan, so I bought it. After I received the equipment I found out that the equipment is defective, I contacted the seller, returned the product and got the refund right after they received the return product. But I can not get the protection plan refunded. First, I used the ebay return option and got the message said this item can not be refunded, I need to contact the seller, so I sent a messge through the ebay messaging because I can't find their email.
