I went there for my haircolor , showed a lady exact photo of what i wanted it was ash grey, she said she has been working there from last 10 years and i trusted her , She colored my hair golden instead of ash grey i showed her the same photo again that this is what i wanted she said she ll redo it i agree, 2nd time she did ash brown. Worst experience, 0 star for this salon. Will not recommend at all. Money gone wasted. If I could give it a zero I would. She cut off over 2 inches. I said I wanted it to cover the tops of my ears. She cut off so much that what was left stills straight out. I mentioned to her that it was quite short and she told me that was just because it was wet. She blew it dry and did some sort of funky styling on the top.
