Police say a Bartlesville man who is accused of stabbing three relatives could face federal murder charges due to the tribal citizenship of the victim who died. Dustin James Blackfeet, 39, is also accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the Wednesday knife attacks at the residence he shared with the victims, Police Chief Tracy Roles said in a news release.
