Starbucks is known for their great Wi-Fi. In the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta they are becoming more and more known for their very slow service. Why does ice tea wait behind Frappuccino and mixed drinks rather than being served like coffee? Why four months have we been waiting during high season for chairs to be replaced? Leaving only one chair for outside table mini times? Why is no one caring about this part of customer service at this particular Starbucks? Tried 3 different breakfast sandwiches and they all tasted the same. Had them switch the fake meat for ham in a breakfast muffin and I was so pleased they were able to do it Most of the breakfasts we had there were mediocre

This coffee was at the opposite end of the Marina from our hotel but it was worth the daily walk. I love the wifi there because it activates immediately when you walk in the door. We were checking out the vendors, stores and the Malecon Boardwalk with all of its marine It was fairly busy and the staff was helpful even when we were trying to figure out the conversion rate of dollars to pesos This Starbucks was clean and well run and a nice place to sit and rest and cool off for a few minutes. Place was a little cramped. Service was good but took some time. They gave out the Wifi connection information but it was not a good connection.
