I jumped for joy when I was able to craft a seed maker. I thought I was going to save tonnes of money on buying seeds and make lots of money in return, but so far, I feel like the seed maker has been a colossal waste. Is it actually profitable to use the seed maker instead of just buying your seeds? I feel like all I'm doing is wasting my entire harvest on making enough seeds to replant and having hardly anything leftover to sell. It has its uses. Mostly it's better for any crop that regrows to get extra seeds for later, or for ancient fruit to get more seeds easier.
