From there we attach the hinges, hasps and leather corners, which are soaked in a warm solution to make them pliable. Once that is complete, we hand machine the handle clasps to attach to the handle in your color choice. After attaching mounts, feet, spurs and grommets, we carefully craft the custom interior. Our custom interiors are comprised of closed cell, medium-density foam that are cut into shape and then wrapped, glued and stitched into place. Once the interior is complete we begin integrating electronics. One other note on this- we are the first and only suitcase company to have internally mounted triggers!
