The Good, the Bad and the Ugly Welcome to a new feature on Sumotalk, our very own version of the sansho three special awardsnamely - in real sumo - the fighting spirit prize, the outstanding performance prize and the technique prize. However, leg henna designs give it a Sumotalk-esque flavour, each basho our contributors will vote for sumo glories Good, the Bad and the Ugly. The Good and Bad are pretty self-explanatory, while the Ugly Prize goes to the rikishi who employed the most negative, evasive and downright nasty sumo, sumo glories.

This book is like a puzzle in that it all comes together -- the author clearly took such care in making all his decisions on how this book should be as is appropriate for a book on sumo wrestling. With 24 wins in the last two basho, along with a jun-yusho, all in sanyaku, he will probably need only ten in July. And one final thing: I would just like to congratulate Finland for their winning entry into the Eurovision Song Contest. We are now seeing some rivalry to Asashoryu, and that is important. M5 Roho is back in the comfort zone and should pick up at least nine or ten at this rank.
