If you read this blog, you know one of my go-to places in Thailand is the island of Koh Tao in the Gulf. The reasons are simple: good food and good diving. While it is a somewhat small island, there is no shortage of great Koh Tao restaurants. Due to the last 2 years unfortunately some of my favorite Koh Tao restaurants had to close but I was happy to discover that some have reopened over the last few months.
