SWEAT accomplishes this by offering 4 fitness stations, each lasting 10 minutes in duration, with a new set of members joining the class every 10 minutes. The minute classes incorporate a quick, effective combination of cross-training, strength training, and HIIT High-Intensity Interval Training aimed to burn fat and boost your metabolism. Love this place is a completely different concept than any other studios in NYC. It's extremely convenient for since there's a workout every 10 minutes so you are never late and you get a great workout in just 40 minutes. The coaches are great, help you with your form and motivate as well. I've seen in a difference in my body since I started working at Sweat Highly recommend it. I enjoyed the HITT workouts here. They have lockers with built-in locks and showers so all you need is to bring yourself. The classes start every 10 minutes and it consists of 4 stations and each station has 2 teams shown on the screen and you spend 10 minutes in each station for a total of 40 minutes per class.
