That then enabled me to successfully download and install F12 maps, but there was no log file to send back to Ford. Even using the interrogater tool did not work, ie failed to upload. I have passed this to Ford crc to sort out. I think i'll wait for a while before attempting it. Both updates generated the correct xml file which uploaded to the Ford site.
