This is a semi-automatic belt drive TT from the 90s as vinyl was nearing extinction. It is a very solid performer with specs that blow away most current turntables and for a very low price. The only drawback is that the acoustic isolation is just 4 dome shaped rubber feet. However, it doesn't seem to suffer much from the simple design - it doesn't generate much feedback even at high volumes and rumble is too low to be audible.
