Of course, this all depends on whether Tenko and Shigaraki are separate beings and whether Kohei Horikoshi means to write the story this way. With that said, there are plenty of ways the story thus far can accommodate this potential twist, as well as ways to build off of it. Unfortunately, this can also mean those with more violent and destructive Quirks will go on to exhibit violent and destructive tendencies.
