Armor is a type of wearable item that can be crafted , found, or bought in Terraria. Unlike Vanity Items , these wearables must provide some sort of defensive benefit, ability buff, or gameplay mechanic augmentation to be considered a part of the Armor class. The table below gives an overview of all Armor pieces currently available in Terraria. Armor that is not part of a set can be found at the bottom of the page. To equip Armor, or to see the Armor you currently have equipped, open your crafting menu and look at the right side of your screen to see or change your wearables. The following Armor can only be obtained via random enemy drops, or by beating specific bosses in Terraria. The Armor listed below is not part of a full set; however, as it still confers a defensive bonus, we've included them here. NOTE: While the various Armor pieces can be mixed and matched, you do receive a set bonus when wearing items from the same set in your three slots head, body, and legs.
