Ever since I purchased a SIM card to have service off of WiFi as so the ad stated, thought I had it, however not a snowballs chance, so I purchased data plan to get data so I could use my phone off of WiFi, well I can't get service so 4. Following up on a status review email, multiple bots told me that if I kept the page open the first available agent would with me - that never happened; when I asked the chat bot how long would it be, I was told that they cannot connect me with an agent- same page, same conversation. Whenever they sent a code to my email and I refreshed the page from my email to enter it, it looped me back to sign in or open acct. Multiple times when I signed in, I was told that my email and password were associated with another account so I was not allowed to sign in- they are not- for sure. Have been trying to port I. My number for over a week and repeatedly get nowhere. Super frustrating, incredibly poor customer service and inability to design a Web site, bot chat, security code input than actual work seem beyond this companies capabilities. Later got an email asking me to rate customer service- never was allowed to speak to anyone, looped through many pages for over an hour, never allowed to enter security code sent to email- I'd give them a -5 on a scale of Incredible waste of time, money and an insult to my intelligence. Item ordered took over two weeks for delivery no tracking number or customer service was made available very poor business ethics. Somewhat helpful Now I forgot my textnow password.
