Fixed the Payload Race UI cutting off. Was noticable when the cart was close to the end of the track. Removed 'cart moving right' icon from the Payload Race UI because it wasn't working as intended. Significant update! This update focuses on the in-game HUD, with menus being secondary. Not everything has been tested extensively. Please give feedback if you find any bugs!
