Pam's family still lives and farms on their ancestral lands. Mike is a forth generation Coloradoan who talks too much and says too little. We live on our small farm with a huge garden and lots of animals in Palisade, Colorado. Chef Pam takes great pride in crafting traditional Thai dishes utilizing local products and produce whenever possible. I normally get the Pad Thai , which is good considering it's in Grand Junction of all places, and the portions on all the selections are huge. Give it a try. Great restaurant.
