It looks like 28 Days Later in French, at least as far as the species of zombie and film style goes. These living dead have wheels, and the horde 2009 action sequences are so full of cuts they almost fall apart. The exteriors were even shot on location in Clichy-sous-Bois, where the French riots got started. The colonies are also fighting back.
In Paris, Oussem heads a police unit in a raid on a criminal base in a condemned apartment building. The operation goes wrong and ends in a shootout with one of the officers wounded. While the gang holds them at gunpoint, they are attacked by a frenzied man who devours the flesh of the living. They become aware that the city outside the building has been overrun by a zombie horde. Oussem proposes a deal to the gang leader Adewale — that the two groups put their differences aside for the sake of mutual survival and making an escape to freedom.

He is holed up in a condemned high-rise in the heart of a derelict and corrupt Paris neighborhood ZUP [12]. Suddenly, both sides are confronted by an altogether different opponent, zombies. Cops and criminals must now forge an uneasy alliance to survive the undead onslaught. Every last one. By the time, shortly afterwards, these close-knit vigilantes are revealed to be cops rather than criminals, there no longer seems to be a difference. Their identity as law officers is not the only surprise in store. Here almost everyone seems to be as brutal, driven, and desperate as the ravenous undead, and the few exceptions will hardly see their goodness rewarded. So The Horde is a wilfully ugly film, confronting the viewer with repellent characters who are difficult to tell apart, in both appearance and behaviour, from the monsters attacking them.
Many things can change at MovBeans, but one thing will always remain constant - Our love for Zombies. But these last few years have been bit of a tumble for zombie genre. So, to reignite my love for this genre, I went back to a French cult classic movie - The Horde a. I am not kidding when I say this movie was very hard to find, I spent days trying to find this movie on online streaming platforms but then it turned out, it was available on YouTube for free all along and I felt like such a fool. Anyways, The Horde is a French zombie-action movie with a huge emphasis on the word ACTION, because that's all you will get from this movie - intense adrenaline filled action sequences.

What they do conduct however is a fierce variation on the zombie film familiar and create an unusual set-up — somewhat borrowed from Assault on Precinct 13 — of a group of cops and hardened criminals forced to work together against a common menace.
