I have really high standards when it comes to the technical aspects of a book. It was annoying to revisit this phase in her development.

Mostly monsters. In the end, this book wasn't for me. But is it one of the most fun books I've ever read? But here she is, running from Goblins and trying to survive in a world full of monsters and magic. Absolutely well worth the read. Not that I took the easy road. The first few chapters are rough by most readers' evaluation, but as the world comes into focus, it rapidly gets more interesting. The inn has several more notable properties due to Erin's skills as a [Magical Innkeeper].
