The staff has been always very helpful and I always feel like it is a good value for my time and money. I went to Tire Discounters 6 days ago to have four new tires put on my car and the alignment deal. Things seemed fine, everybody was nice, polite and willing to get things done, or at least I thought. After I got my car back that day I was driving up I and 3 lug nuts came off of 3 tires and I had to call somebody to help me get the car home. Tire Discounters paid for the towing of the car and did a couple extra things to it, but nothing would have been able to make up for it if I would have died on the highway because of their employee negleting their work duties.

After not hearing anything from the store I chose, I called at Totally ignored me standing in front of me 2 ft away after he finished waiting on a customer. Answers the phone. Gets on personal phone and totally ignores me. Not fine. Don't let the alignment fool you. They charge extra for installation and warranty. We had a nail and a tire after one month.
