Mary at the front desk who after a very confusing miscommunication, between a quote from the Call center and the quote from this tire kingdom, helped me get the call center price Don't bother making an appointment here. It's absolutely pointless. I even arrived a little early for mine. I was told it would take about 1 hour and 30 minutes for a simple tire balance. After Appointment for brake job - because Joe left the new manager made excuses for failure to work ruining a business sept years in the making of excellent service. Won't be using these guys again. Had them repair one of my tires that was losing air and a month later the tire is completely flat.
