Una vez deshebrado reservamos. En otro bowl agregaremos harina, ajo en polvo, sal y pimienta y esto lo mezclaremos muy bien, agarramos un poco de pollo y formamos unas bolitas, las pasamos por la harina y las reservamos para rebosarlas en el huevo montado. Una vez listo todo el pollo lo pasamos por el huevo. En una olla pondremos el aceite a calentar a fuego medio, y freiremos las tortitas de pollo, hasta que queden de un color dorado. Retiramos con alguna cuchara con hoyos y dejamos sobre un papel de cocina para retirar el exceso de aceite. Para nuestra salsa, en una olla agregaremos todos los ingredientes con agua para que se puedan cocer perfectamente.
