Instead of thickened cream i used ml of coconut cream and 1 tablespoon of thermomix veggie stock paste instead of the chicken stock paste. Much too salty for our taste will try again with 1tsp of chicken stock. Such a great easy meal, even my extremely fussy 12 year old loved it!!
